How to Submit Your Concept
Before sending a full script, please start by submitting a brief presentation package that includes:
Logline
One or two sentences that capture the essence of your project.
Short Synopsis
A concise overview of the story and its themes (max. 1 standard page).
Pitch Deck
A clear and engaging PDF document that outlines what makes your project unique, who it's for, and what tone, theme, and atmosphere it conveys — both visually and textually.

What to Keep in Mind When Submitting Your Idea
The topic should resonate with Czech society (contemporary issues, culturally relevant for CZ/SK audiences).
The project must be realistically producible — no large-scale blockbusters.
Always consider the audience: Who is the project for? What impact will it have?
We prefer original ideas with a fresh perspective, but also welcome true stories.
What Happens After You Submit Your Idea?
All submissions are reviewed by the producers at FRIENDS Production.
You will receive a response within 45 days. In exceptional cases, if this period is exceeded, we will update you on the status of your project.

It’s possible that we are already developing a similar concept. In such cases, we may decline your submission without disclosing further details.
While we operate with integrity, the number of submissions and recurring similarities among ideas make it impossible to provide individual explanations.
